En el día de ayer mantuvimos una entrevista con la madariaguense Pilar Tolosa quien junto a Julián Rasquin conforman el Proyecto muralista Cíclope, que el próximo jueves viajará a Estocolmo, Suecia, invitado a participar por el Festival de Arte Urbano de Estocolmo.

The mural of the Coulter Poppies on the gable of Guineys in Clabrassil Street has been short-listed for a ‘Best of 2022’ award by the Street Art Cities webside.
It is one of a hundred of the most popular murals of the past year shortlisted for the awards which are described as “celebrating the most popular street art across the world, as voted by the largest street art community in the world.”

CICLOPE is a project that uses different languages such as design, architecture and communication to create a dialogue. The strength of the work rests on an intimate relationship with nature, its power and its organic forms. At the same time, it introduces the presence of more rigid elements such as lines, curves and geometric components that give a sense of wholeness to the artistic composition.

María Pilar Tolosa y Juan Facundo Razquín de Cíclope presentan en la iniciativa de la muestra de interiorismo en Escobar una instalación artística sobre inclusión y sustentabilidad. Así lo cuentan sus creadores.

Pilar y Julián se conocieron en la Universidad Nacional de la Plata cuando ella estudiaba Arquitectura y Urbanismo y él Comunicación Visual. Al terminar sus carreras decidieron hacer un viaje juntos por Latinoamérica y comenzaron a pintar murales en las ciudades que visitaban.

Nos recibe dando la bienvenida a Experiencia Puertos, el mural de Cíclope, pintado con los colores de la Paleta Color Test.
El espacio nos envuelve con color y formas orgánicas que impactan e instiga al visitante a sentir múltiples sensaciones, calidez, abrazo y armonía para comenzar un rico recorrido de interiorismo.
Julián y María del Pilar crean complicidad entre los que habitarán la unidad trayendo el lago al interior utilizando tonos de la naturaleza y el arte que flota cuando atravesamos las esculturas que están expuestas de manera permanente en el entorno.
